One thing i have found that helps me is listening to the sound of the sea listening to the waves and taking in the sea air, i felt not only refreshed but a sense of calmness. i'm now doing this every day and i am feeling more and more at peace. i have also taken up photography as a new hobby. i don't know if that is relevant but it takes my mind off what happened to me and has eased my overthinking. if that makes sense.
Thanks as always Louise for these helpful links which on initial look are just going to be really useful for myself. The worry ladder sounds great too, frightening but with the help of the Worry tree app I am positive I can at least give it a go🤞

This makes so much sense Sandra, thank you for sharing. I always find the sounds and sight of the sea so incredibly calming too. x
