It is nice that spring has arrived. I can get out into the garden, not have to rely on a heavy jumper and fleeces, watch the birds and go for walks.
However, the news both here and abroad is so depressing, it's taking it's toll on my mental state. Wars, the cost of living and environmental issues all seem to be taking place at the same time. I am worried for the future, not necessarily for myself but for those who come after me.
And to think the world as we know is controlled by just a very few men is alarming, to say the least.
Hi there - I hear all of this, and feel it too. There's so much that's tough at the moment, and when the world is heavy I try to shrink everything down to the things that I can do something about. Whether that's my interactions with people throughout the day, or looking after my little corner of the world. Easier said than done, that's for sure. Take care x
